(QHJ, Location: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Founder and CEO: Yukiko Minami) participates in the ”Nikkei Womenomics” Commemorative project – 200 thousand members since 2013 sponsored by the Nikkei,  the largest Japanese financial newspaper (Date and Time: Saturday, Feb. 23rd, 10:30 am to 12:30 am)

If you cannot sustain your work due to childbirth, childcare, nursing care, or to follow a spouse to a new location, what would you do?  Give up?  Continue? Pace down? We will think through with group work and panel discussions how to overcome the “career blank” that every working woman may face.

This is the first of a member-participatory event project entitled “Let’s all work together! for our Womanomics ” in  commemoration that the Nikkei Womanomics project member has exceeded 200,000 in May 2018.

“Womanomics” is a combination of “woman” (female) + “economics” (economic). It means the economic revitalization by the active role of women, and the way of economy where the power of women as a worker and a consumer is driving.

This is a theme when I faced with parent’s heavy caring responsibilities and  become one of the starting points for entrepreneurship.  Also,  it is a challenge faced by many women.  I am very grateful to be given such an opportunity, and those who think of returning to work, personnel affairs of the accepting company, those who think about the future career or students are welcome to participate as many as possible.
