☆How It works?

QuickHelpJapan is to help non-Japanese speaker break down the barrier of communication in Japan. It’s free to be a member.  To receive assistant services, you need to purchase products.
We provide online, onsite assistance and professional service upon your request.  Just click Mail, Chat, Phone button to get quick help by English speaking locals.

☆Business Hours

11am to 11pm JST, 7 days a week

E-mail received after business hours will be handled next business hours accordingly.

☆How to be charged

We charge you by number of inquiries.  By the nature of quick help, each inquiry to be resolved within 5 minutes or so depending on the complexity.

☆What can I ask?

You can ask us any kind of questions about getting around Japan.  You can request suggestions for restaurants, shops and where to go.  How to read Japanese, making appointments or simple translations.  We do not provide any legal or medical advice. We can only make referrals and offer attendance by professional translators upon your request.

☆What kind of questions CAN’T I ask?

If your questions contain personal matters regarding our staff or inappropriate materials, we may not answer.  We may ask to terminate your membership for foul language or tone of voice.

☆How can I share documents or photo?

You can send us documents or photo by email or chat. Please use email address you have registered with us, so that we can identify you. 

☆What is the policy and process for cancellation?

Users can terminate their accounts by going to “My Account” and applying for “termination of contract.” The termination will be effective from the beginning of the month following the month in which the application is made. Please note that there will be no refund of any portion of the monthly charge for the month in which the application is made.

☆Can I download App from outside of Japan?

Yes, please download app and register before coming to Japan, so that we can help you prepare for your trip.

☆How can I log in to / use the chat service?

After logging in to our app or website, tap on the blue chat icon to proceed. You will enter the chat system “Slack” automatically and find your own “channel” that will be used to communicate with your assistants . You can send chat messages and attach documents or photos related to your concerns or questions. Phone calls are also available from Slack by tapping the phone icon shown at the top of your channel.
