My New Year’s resolutions for 2018 is ” Try new things”
I would like to try 滝行”Taki-gyo”( Waterfall meditation / training) at Nisseki-ji temple in Toyama Prefecture.

Nisseki-ji temple is very famous for Mid-winter water fall training.
Every year, they open their six waterfalls to local people who would like to have meditation or training there. As I’m beginner, I will try the training at summer time.
I will keep you posted!
